Developed by Porto City Council, the Talent Observatory is a platform designed to support analysis and decision-making regarding talent, the labour market and economic development. It brings together information on the key players in the ecosystem — people, businesses and education and training institutions — enabling users to monitor trends in the municipality of Porto and the Northern Region.
Through indicators and interactive visualisations, users can explore different aspects of the data and analyse relationships between population characteristics, employment, working conditions, business activity, skills, education and training. The Observatory aims to be an open and participatory platform, in which stakeholders in the ecosystem can act simultaneously as both users and providers of information.
